His role focuses on supporting the transfer of knowledge from academia into business via Innovate UK’s KTP programme. Jointly funded by industry and government, projects support graduates working in businesses with university academics, leading to step-changes in culture and performance.

Mandy has worked within the health & life sciences sector for over 25 years, with a career spanning the NHS & higher education.
